About me

Hello, my name is Aditi Aniruddha Shukla aka Adt. I'm a freelancer. I have done my Bachelor's in Fashion Technology from National Institute of Fashion Technology, and post that worked in Product Development at TCNS Clothing Co Ltd for the brands W & Wishful.

My mind is a wonderful mix of words, colours, feelings, philosophy and logic. Since childhood I have been a performer, both academically and on the stage. I performed my first public dance and singing performance at the tender age of 4, and since then have been a part of numerous skits, orations and singing performances throughout my school, college and now professional life. I am a trained classical singer, with a Sangeet Visharad (graduate degree) from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh.

I am a voracious reader and have been so since the age of 10. Some of my favourite authors are Jeffrey Archer, J.K. Rowling, J. R. R Tolkien and Yuval Noah Harari to name a few. Harari’s Sapiens was one of the first non-fiction novels that I read and it has indeed revolutionized my way of thinking about the world and mankind.

I am passionate about art and design, and I am skilled at drawing, sketching and painting. I am also skilled in digital illustrations, graphic design and UI design with proficiency in design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. During the lockdown I also started taking up illustration projects, among which was an artwork made for the luggage brand, Safari.

I love to write. It is a passion and an ardent hobby. Article writing, poetry, technical writing, copy writing – I have done it all, both as a hobby and also as a freelance writer. Words enchant me and epeolatry is my religion. I am also fond of memes, and what started as an appreciation is now a personal project in the form of an Instagram meme page called “Memesaheba” (@memesahebaaaa) where I channel my inner meme fiend and post memes.
